100 ml cream 30%
100 g of white chocolate
Prepare the sauce. Heat the cream vigorously, do not boil. Chop the chocolate, add it to the cream and stir until it melts.
Cook the dumplings according to the recipe on the packaging. Put on plates, pour sauce over and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. If you like, sprinkle lightly with chili flakes.
