Pasta with chicken, sundried tomatoes and zucchini

Chicken breast fillet, Dried tomatoes, Zucchini


400 g chicken breast from Konspol

1 onion

10 dried tomatoes in olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

200 ml of cream 30%

250 g zucchini

250 g of feta cheese

250 g penne pasta

1 teaspoon of sweet smoked ground paprika





1 Cook the pasta al dente in slightly salted water. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.Cut the zucchini into half-slices and the dried tomatoes into strips.

2 Heat three tablespoons of olive oil from the tomatoes in a pan, add the onion and fry. Then add diced chicken and smoked paprika.

3 Fry everything together for a few minutes, then add zucchini, dried tomatoes and pressed garlic.

4 Fry over medium heat until the chicken is tender. Sprinkle slightly with salt and pepper.

5 Finally, pour the cream over the meat and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.

6 Add cooked pasta and mix. Serve warm, sprinkled with feta cheese and thyme.
