Job Purpose and Impact

The clerk will support the routine activities of the sales department related to customer service in the order management process and help to perform well-established activities in relation to invoicing, processing and execution. In this role, you will help you achieve streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote hassle-free customer service. The job offer concerns our Konspol Holding plant in Słupca.

Key Accountabilities

  • Follow standard procedures for order status, invoices, contract balances, and share the information you need to fulfill your order with sales representatives
  • Assistance in solving simple administrative or office problems that comply with already defined procedures related to invoices and order fulfillment
  • Supporting the generation of documents related to orders, in accordance with established processes
  • Assist in updating internal stakeholders about order status and any issues
  • Assist in identifying potential obstacles to the internal order management process and collaborate with other functions and customer service representatives to take corrective action as recommended
  • Handling moderately complex office, administrative, technical or customer service issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the right staff
  • Other responsibilities assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma, level of secondary education or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working in the area of customer service
  • Understand order and invoice management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets, computer and Outlook support
  • Experience in issuing domestic, EU and non-EU export invoices, WZ documents is welcome
  • Accuracy and responsibility in the performance of entrusted tasks
