4 slices of Gouda or Cheddar cheese
Juice from ½ a lemon
1 teaspoon of honey
Mini roman lettuce (250 g)
Prepare the salad. Mix the lemon juice with honey. Wash the lettuce, dry it and tear it in your hands or chop it. Sprinkle with the prepared sauce and mix.
Take the chicken duo apart and fry it in a pan or cook in the oven until it is lightly golden and crispy.
Put the slices of cheese on the lower parts of the buns and place the chicken on top. Pour over the ketchup and sprinkle with roasted onions. Arrange the tomato slices and lettuce pieces on top of the chicken.
Cover with the top of the buns and press down. Pin it together with skewer sticks and cut into smaller portions.
