Crunchy tart with kabanos sausages

Konspol chicken kabanos, Parmesan cheese


1 pack of Konspol chicken kabanos

1 package of puff pastry about 400 g

150 g of sliced ​​yellow cheese

1 hot pepper

1 egg white

1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese




1 Thaw the puff pastry in the refrigerator and cut into two rectangles, one 3-4 cm narrower than the other. Place the smaller piece of dough on a flat baking sheet lined with baking paper and line it with slices of cheese, leaving a 2 cm edge. Brush it with egg white. Cut the larger piece of dough into 1.5 cm strips and stick along the long edge to the dough smeared with egg white. On the dough with cheese, arrange the kabanos sausages in rows and place them with the dough strips so that the whole is a checkerboard.

2 Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into very small cubes. Brush the prepared tart with the remaining egg white, sprinkle with paprika, cumin and rosemary.

3 Put in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake until golden, i.e. about 30 minutes.
