4 Kaisers with poppy seeds
1 red onion
a few radishes
a few leaves of lettuce
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the yoghurt. Add sugar and mustard, mix.
Slice the tomatoes, onions and radishes. Chop the chives.
Fry the hamburgers in a tablespoon of hot oil. Fry the fried eggs. Cut the rolls into halves and brown them in a preheated oven or in a pan.
On the lower halves of the buns, place the lettuce leaves, top with the tomato slices, a little sauce and warm burgers. Put the onion rings, sliced radishes and fried eggs on top. Sprinkle with salt, coarsely ground pepper, and chopped chives. Cover with the top of the Kaiser.
