4 long whole wheat rolls with sesame seeds
a few leaves of lettuce
1 small tomato
1 small red onion
1/2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Prepare the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise with the yoghurt.
Prepare the guacamole salad. Peel the avocado and onion, cut into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Remove the seed core from the tomato, dice the rest and mix with the avocado. Cut the rolls and put them in an oven preheated to 200°C for a few minutes to brown. Then place the lettuce leaves and brush the sauce inside. Put sausages and guacamole on the lettuce. Garnish with the rest of the sauce.
