Tortilla with chicken and avocado

Chicken Strips, Tortilla, Avocado


400 g of breaded chicken strips Konspol

1 large tomato

1 small red pepper

1 red onion


4 wheat tortillas

Avocado salsa :

1 avocado

1 tomato

1/2 white onion

1 crushed garlic clove

lime juice

salt, pepper



1 Prepare the avocado salsa. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the tomato and chop the rest finely.

2 Peel the soft avocado and mash it thoroughly with a fork. Peel the garlic and press it.

3 Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, lime juice and chopped coriander.

4 Prepare chicken strips according to the recipe on the package. Cut the tomato into eighths and remove the seeds.

5 Peel the onion and cut into slices. De-seed the pepper and cut it into strips.

6 Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Place a handful of arugula, a portion of vegetables and a spoonful of salsa on each.

7 Place 1-2 chicken strips on top. Wrap everything thoroughly in the tortilla.
