2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
2 cups of grapes (seedless)
100 ml of red wine

oil
1 In a large frying pan, heat the oil, add chopped garlic, honey and soy sauce.
2 Put the wings into the resulting sauce and stew, turning it frequently and pouring over the sauce until the meat is covered with a thick, golden glaze.
3 Put the wings on a warm platter, pour the wine into the pan with the rest of the sauce and add a tablespoon of butter, then add the washed grapes and a little rosemary.
4 Simmer for a while. When the grapes are slightly glassy, put them together with the sauce on the wings. Serve warm alone or with the addition of rice.
