Dumplings with Konspol cottage cheese, raspberries, and chocolate sauce
2 packages of Pierogi with Konspol cottage cheese
100 g of raspberries
cinnamon to sprinkle
chocolate sauce :
50 g of chocolate
50 ml cream 30%
20 g of butter
possibly a spoon of cherry vodka
Prepare the chocolate sauce. Pour cream into a saucepan, add butter and chocolate broken into pieces. Stir until the mass is smooth and shiny. You can add a tablespoon of cherries.
Cook the dumplings according to the recipe on the package. Pour a few tablespoons of the sauce on a plate, put dumplings and raspberries on it. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and garnish with the rest of the sauce and mint leaves.
